We want you to love what you buy on Glow. This policy explains when and how you can return an item and request a refund.
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain beauty products (e.g. opened cosmetics) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping.
If you and the seller cannot agree, you can open a dispute and Glow will mediate based on order evidence and this policy.
