Welcome to Glow ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, browsing, or buying through the Glow platform you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Who can use Glow

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. By registering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

2. Buyers

  • Orders are a binding offer to purchase the listed product at the stated price.
  • Prices are shown in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and include applicable taxes unless noted.
  • Delivery times are estimates provided by the seller and are not guaranteed.

3. Sellers

  • Sellers are independent merchants responsible for their listings, fulfilment, and compliance with the law.
  • Listings must be accurate and may not contain counterfeit, unsafe, or prohibited goods.
  • Glow may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Content you post

You retain ownership of videos, photos, and reviews you upload, but grant Glow a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display that content to operate the service. You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or misleading.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment partners. Glow is not the merchant of record for seller products unless explicitly stated. Payouts to sellers are made according to the seller payout schedule.

6. Prohibited conduct

  • Fraud, manipulation of reviews, or fake engagement.
  • Attempting to bypass security, scrape data, or disrupt the service.
  • Harassment or any unlawful activity.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from third-party seller products.

8. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
